The Office of Emergency Management’s mission is to lead Putnam County in preparing for, preventing, responding to, and recovering from disasters. Comprehensive Emergency Response

Spanning an area of approximately 350 square miles, our emergency response services cover a broad geographical region, encompassing the municipalities of Buffalo, Eleanor, Winfield, Bancroft, Poca, and Hurricane.
